moblogging live!
within the first 12 hours of 3G web service activation, i have:
- left a comment using flickr's mobile version
- updated my status using twitter's mobile version
- uploaded photos using mojungle
- checked my feeds on google reader's mobile version
- sent and received emails on my gmail account
- checked my PCLL timetable using google docs
- stalked my friends using facebook's mobile version
- and happily surfed around :)
the price, you ask? only HKD$52 per month for 2xxx minutes + 25 mms + unlimited web surfing, and $80 per month if i want to keep the web browsing feature 2 months from now. outgoing emails of 10MB size limit are only $0.2 each, which means i can upload files to flickr, mojungle, facebook, etc. without incurring big costs through the use of MMS (thanks to david who discovered this =p).
see the sidebar for a new moblogging section, listing my updates from twitter and mojungle! and if you're reading this blog on your cellphone, you're probably seeing a mobile version of it rendered from alex king's wordpress mobile edition plugin :)
