if i could remember just one thing about 2009
it would be this -
that it's not always easy
to look at the bright side of things
i've discovered that it's ok
to feel powerless at times
that it doesn't matter
to feel a lil' broken
yes the school campus that i know may have perished
my cat may have left
what i believed to be a fairy tale may have ended
things came and went
but it's ok
i'll be ok
let the tears roll
and i'll be ok

dear...i told myself the same thing ytd
it's just a process of growing up
and being happy/contented becomes more n more difficult
we will all be okay in the end...i still believe
