'tis barcamp again!!!
compared to last year's very successful barcamp, this one just got better.
attendance was phenomenal, schwags everywhere, stimulating sessions, great organization, comfy venue, great sponsors...things were PERFECT =)
the best part was still the chit-chatting (or gossiping? hehe) with old friends and new, from different backgrounds and all parts of the world :D some are leaving their full-time jobs to set up their own tech companies, some dedicating their time to meaningful projects like the future of creative commons in HK or globalhand or other NGOs...also got to know an amazing amazon "recommendationist", a professional photographer who is now an IT consultant, a shoes printer formed by ex-addidas employees, a helpdesk specialist with a uber cool logo, a joomla-loving web-designer, a primary school teacher who happens to be a google fanatic, web developers, mobile app writers, GPS experts, ruby fans, drupal admirers, open source supporters, and many, many others :D
i'm already missing all the excitement and fun moments from the camp...probably suffering from some kind of post-barcamp depression syndrome? >_<

we had a very bright and pretty logo this year :) :)
designed by whom i wonder? beansbox perhaps?

this is only about two-thirds of the crowd!
